How to join it:

1. Have hamachi
   
2. Create a network
   
3. Post its details here
   
4. Wait for me to join it
   
5. This way, you'll be able to connect to everyone that did that too with his/her hamachi IP

Is it possible to play Ignition via lan in wondows 7?

It can be played by LAN easily, but LAN's between close computers. Hamachi fixes that. If you have hamachi the LAN can be from anywhere to anywhere, but you have to be in the same network with the other person. It's basically an alternative way of making online play work.
TL;DR: With hamachi you can play Ignition online, without, only LAN
